About the Webinar
The webinar provides an evidence-based review of osteoarthritis (OA) in dogs and explores the underlying factors of the disease. The webinar will also cover current and emerging treatment options for canine OA and how to select the appropriate treatment strategy based on the patient’s underlying condition.
This program has been RACE approved (20-1365845) for 1 hour of continuing education credit for veterinarians and veterinary technicians/technologists in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval.

About the presenter
Barbro Filliquist
Dr. Barbro Filliquist received her DVM from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. She completed an internship at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia 2006-2007 and her residency at UC Davis SVM from 2007-2010. Following completion of the residency, she spent 7 years in private practice and 5 of those years were in Sweden.
Dr. Filliquist has been at University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine since 2017. While at UC Davis, she completed the Mentored Clinical Research Training Program (MCRTP) and earned a MAS. She is a Diplomate of the American and European College of Veterinary Surgeons, and she is a faculty member of AOVET, an independent nonprofit organization advancing the practice of veterinary surgery to improve patient outcomes.
When not working, she enjoys the outdoors with her husband, their 11-year-old son, and their 2 crazy German Shepherds.
